RE: Does names = SEO?
Well, I am no SEO guru, but I think pagerank is based more upon inbound links from sites of relevant content. I just haven't had the time to submit this site to many directories or advertising forums.

Firstly, the site needs more incoming links from other sites so that the PageRank can rise. As well as that, adding outgoing links to keywords will improve the Google position vastly. Other techniques are using bold keywords on the site with the <strong> tag and so on... It is just that one must spend about 3 days optimizing a web page for search engines but the result will be great.
