lowest domain pricess?
I need to buy a domain and i plan to buy one really soon and i need to know where i can get the lowest prices to buy one. I no google give them for 10$ but if its anything lower can someone tell me about it? mine isnt .com its .net

GoDaddy.com offer .com and .net domains for $7 and .info domains for $1. It's quite a deal ;)

Thanks guys ill check them out and also whats a good program to build the website? i hear dreamweaver is pretty good but idk of any others which are better then that.

If you want a classic site that cannot be updated from itself - use Dreamweaver. But you'll need skills and knowledge in HTML and CSS (see http://htmldog.com/ for references).

However, if you need a portal, that is to say a site that can be updated from the site itself (most commonly and administration panel), use a CMS ( http://www.opensourcecms.com/ ).

cool ill chek out domainrightnow and also i read someplace that .com would be better to host pictures then .net? is that true or what so i no what to pick.

Generally a .com domain would usually be the better investment since most people forget about the .net part and end up going to the .com.

But if you think .net is more memorable with your specific name and you are prepared to make the .net extension clear when advertising, then go ahead and register it.

Or you could always get both if they are available. :)

thanks i think i might go with the .com extension but i dont think the domain name i want is in .com thats why i chose .net but ill see if i can change the name so i get .com
