Yes, the design is quite good for a blog, but you should really work on your English, mate... The blog won't attract many visitors with such spelling and grammar, believe me ;)

I agree, you will need to have a high standard of English if you want to come across as a credible blogger in such serious industries. But if you put the time into it and learn from your mistakes you will find your spelling and grammar improving.

ah.. register, are you from Medan? I see your paydot affiliate nick, I think I know you :)

Anyway, how is your adsense CTR on that blog? I think you will get a higher CTR if you make it more blended by changing the ads background.
And put a 250x250 ads on the right box (currently it's just an image).

I used that wp theme before but I switched to ProSense theme. And so far it gives me better adsense CTR.
